Abstract
Diferentes estudios han sido publicados respecto a posibles marcadores pronósticos en pacientes infectados con COVID-19, como por ejemplo el Dímero D (DD), y la detección de coagulopatía grave (CID) en pacientes gravemente enfermos(1,2). Estos resultados preliminares no permiten elaborar recomendaciones en uno u otro sentido. Sin embargo, ante el estado de emergencia sanitaria realizamos una serie de sugerencias prácticas que serán actualizadas regularmente conforme existan avances en la evidencia científica.
