Resumen

La trombosis venosa y la trombocitopenia después de la vacunación con la vacuna COVID-19 transmitida por adenovirus ChAdOx1 nCov-19 (AstraZeneca) se han relacionado con anticuerpos séricos contra el factor plaquetario 4 (PF4)-complejos polianión. Reportamos aquí un caso de síndrome de trombosis con trombocitopenia inducida por esta vacuna. Se presentan los hallazgos de laboratorio e imagen, las decisiones de tratamiento y el resultado de este caso.
