Abstract

Granulocytic sarcoma is a malignant and infrequent neoplasm formed by myeloid blasts, which can appear
in association with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or have an isolated presentation, in different areas, one of them being the spinal column.
We report a pediatric patient with diagnosis of spinal granulocytic sarcoma and new onset AML, and a review of the current literature regarding this subject.
