Articles undergo arbitration by two judges from the Advisory Scientific Committee, with expertise in the subject that will remain anonymous in a double-blind and open evaluation process (the author does not know the judge's identity, and the judge does not know the identity of the author).

Within a month of submissions, the judges will issue the article as: approved without changes, approved with changes, or rejected. The decision is final. In the event of a discrepancy among the judges, a third judge will be summoned.
