Abstract
Las leucemias mieloides agudas (LMA) con diferenciación monocítica tienen una marcada tendencia a infiltrar tejidos extramedulares y pueden asociarse a coagulopatías graves y trombosis(1). Este patrón clínico puede imitar neoplasias sólidas, generando un verdadero desafío diagnóstico, sobre todo en pacientes con antecedentes oncológicos, donde la sospecha inicial suele orientarse hacia una recaída o nuevo tumor sólido.
