Abstract
Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) is a subtype of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with high complete remission and disease rates. However, early mortality rate remains the main obstacle to achieve a cure. Identify severe hemorrhage predictive factors could help to improve this situation. I, may the presence of characteristics associated basophil differentiation in leukemic promyelocytes emerge as a new predictor for severe bleeding.
