Abstract
Nasal T/NK non-Hodgkin´s lymphoma is a rare and aggressive variant of non-Hodgkin´s lymphoma. CHOP based chemotherapy is the most frequent treatment. However, during the last years there have been reports of different chemotherapy regimens, followed by high dose chemotherapy with stem cell support, with promising results. We report the case of a male patient with nasal T/NK non-Hodgkin´s lymphoma, treated with DDGP regimen, followed by autologous bone marrow transplant.
