Abstract
Cervix diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLGCB) is extremely rare. It is generally underdiagnosed because it is easily confused with cervical squamous cell carcinoma given similarity symptoms. Therefore its diagnosis represents a challenge. We present a case of a postmenopausal woman with sinus bleeding that required multiple biopsies for diagnostic confirmation.
