Abstract
A 37 years old patient was diagnosed with a symptomatic multiple myeloma IgG lambda in September 2013. He was treated with 6 cycles of cyclophosphamide + bortezomib + dexametasone, an autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and lenalidomide + dexametasone maintenance. In May 2018 a severe tricytopenia was detected. Bone marrow studies showed a pure erythroid leukemia.
