Abstract
Las inclusiones pseudo bastones de Auer en el citoplasma de células plasmáticas son un hallazgo morfológico muy poco frecuente. Se observan mayormente en mieloma múltiple de tipo IgG kappa, como en el presente caso. Su significado pronóstico aún no ha sido determinado.
