Abstract

A 21-year-old female patient consulted for headache and gingivorrhagia. On physical examination, he presented bruises, with no signs of motor, sensory or meningeal focus.

Laboratory: Hcto 25%, Hb 9.2 g / dl, Leukocytes 90360 / mm3 (70% promyelocytes), Platelets 27000 / mm3. TP 45%, APTT 34.4 sec, fibrinogen 147 mg / dl.
