Abstract
We report a 73 years old patient with diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome made in December 2018. Three months later he developed severe bicytopenia associated with febrile syndrome without infectious focus. A new bone marrow study showed trilineage dishematopoietic changes and emperipolesis of erythrocytes in myeloid precursors.
