Abstract
We report a 66-year-old woman with a no germinal center diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
Despite first line immunochemotherapy treatment, DLBCL progressed, with lymphoma cells detected in peripheral blood, but without histopathological bone marrow involvement. Rescue chemotherapy was administered, but the patient died with multiorganic failure associated to lymphoma progression
and tumor lysis.
