Abstract

En la observación científica la opinión está íntimamente ligada al conocimiento. Este aporte es consecuencia no sólo del conocimiento que genera el estudio, sino de las horas de trabajo siempre compartidas con otros patólogos y de las diferencias con los demás a la hora de discutir un caso, que sólo dejan enseñanzas positivas.
En los últimos 30 años dentro de la patología, la patología hematológica ha sido la más revolucionada, llevando a la luz los cambios genéticos y moleculares que encontramos en la mayoría de las entidades.
Los aportes son continuos y ellos generan cambios a veces transitorios y otras definitivos; estos cambios la han transformado en una subespecialidad temida e incierta. La única forma de perder el miedo es con el conocimiento y él nos llevará a las certezas del hoy.
