Abstract
We report the case of a 51-year-old Paraguayan male who consulted with an impregnation syndrome lasting 16 months. He presented hepatosplenomegaly and lymphadenopathy. A lymph node biopsy was diagnostic for leishmaniasis and Hodgkin lymphoma. It is our interest to report this case and to try to explain the relationship between leishmaniasis and Hodgkin lymphoma.
