Abstract
Nuevamente la trombofilia ocupa un lugar en los medios de comunicación, en las discusiones entre colegas y en el consultorio con nuestras pacientes.Organizaciones no gubernamentales y algunas personas mediáticas, que sin duda influyen sobre la opinión pública, solicitaron que se vuelva a tratar el tema Ley de Trombofilia. Es así que algunos legisladores elaboraron un nuevo Proyecto de Ley, encabezado por la diputada María Fernanda Raverta, que insiste en que se vote una ley, desatendiendo las opiniones de cuatro Sociedades Científicas (CAHT, SAH, SAMeR y SOGIBA), repitiendo los errores en los que incurría la primera ley y obligando a la realización de estudios y, por lo tanto, tratamientos, en contradicción con la evidencia científica nacional e internacional.En este nuevo documento se realiza una evaluación de los puntos cuestionables de este nuevo Proyecto de Ley. El mismo fue entregado al Sr. Ministro de Salud de la Nación Prof. Dr. Jorge Lemus.
