Resumen

La inmunodeficiencia común variable (IDCV) es un trastorno caracterizado por los bajos niveles de inmunoglobulina y una mayor susceptibilidad a infecciones. La fisiopatología de la enfermedad no es bien conocida y su presentación es muy heterogénea.

A continuación se presenta el caso clínico de una paciente de 15 años de edad con diagnóstico de linfoma de Burkitt y plaquetopenia de 1 mes de evolución.
