Resumen

Existen en la literatura distintos estudios que han intentado predecir la mortalidad luego del trasplante autólogo de células precursoras hematopoyéticas (TACPH). El más utilizado hasta el presente es el índice de comorbilidades HCT-CI. No hay una herramienta de uso en la práctica diaria que combine diferentes aspectos más allá de las comorbilidades.
